Getting started with the Digital Banking App

First download the app in the Apple Store (for iPhone or iPad) or Google Play Store (for Android devices).

How do I log in for the first time?

  1. Install the app and register your account

    Install the app in the App Store (IOS) or Google Play Store (Android).

    Now that you have installed the app, you can register your account. Select your language and click Next.

  2. Username and password

    Enter your username that you received by sms and click on Next. Attention! Your username is case sensitive. 

    Then enter your password that you received in the e-mail and click on Next.

  3. Mobile phone number and sms

    To ensure safe use of the mobile key, we use your mobile phone number. You must indicate that you have understood this and click on Next

    You will receive an activation code by sms. To receive this code, check if your phone number is correct, then press the Receive SMS button below. In the next step, enter the received activation code and click on Next.

  4. Choose your personal code

    Chooseyour 5-digit personal code and confirm it again. Your app is now ready to use!

How do I monitor the evolution of my investments?

  • On the homepage you can consult the overview of your investments
  • Click on one of the investment products to consult the composition of the asset class
  • You can click on the asset class for more information. 
  • Analyse the spread of your investments by sector, currency or geographical area.
  • In addition, you can consult the list of instruments in detail.

Discover the postbox

You can view and archive your account statements and transactions via the postbox. 

  • In the menu, go to the mailbox. 
  • Click on the 3 dots next to the message and choose Download or Share
  • Would you like to download or share multiple messages at once? You can, too. Click on Select in the top right-hand corner and tick the messages you want. Then click on Download or Share at the bottom.
