Roel Barnhoorn is the Head of Bond Strategy and Portfolio Construction at ABN AMRO. Following his ABN training in 1986, Roel held various management positions within Retail Banking and Investment Banking. Following the merger of ABN and AMRO, he was set in the position to roll out Investment Banking in Switzerland in 1997. In 2002, he made the switch to International Private Banking, where he mapped out the risks and opportunities of bond and FX markets and defined strategies for our internationally based customers.
