ABN AMRO Private Banking was named ‘Best International Clients Team’ at the 3rd WealthBriefing Asia Hong Kong Awards.

One of three firms to be shortlisted in the Best International Clients Team category, the award is another milestone in the Bank’s efforts to continuously improve its service in the interest of its clients. The judges were impressed by the service capabilities of the bank - its regional manager strategy and focus on verticals which attracted positive commentary. This win follows the Bank's earlier success in May 2016 at the WealthBriefing European Awards 2016, as ‘Best Overall European Private Bank’ and ‘Best Private Bank – Client Service’.

Commenting on the bank's achievement, Ian Pollock, Regional Head of Private Banking North Asia said: "We are delighted to have been voted the winner of this prestigious award by the private client industry watchers and participants. It is an honour for our client service teams to be recognised in these awards, and testament to the hard work that they have put in over the last 12 months."

ClearView Financial Media’s CEO, and Publisher of WealthBriefing, Stephen Harris, was first to extend his congratulations to all the winners. He said: “The firms who triumphed in these awards are all worthy winners, and I would like to extend my heartiest congratulations. These awards were judged solely on the basis of entrants’ submissions and their response to a number of specific questions, which had to be answered focusing on the client experience, not quantitative performance metrics. That is a unique, and I believe, compelling feature. These awards recognise the very best operators in the private client industry, with ‘independence’, ‘integrity’ and ‘genuine insight’ the watchwords of the judging process - such that the awards truly reflect excellence in wealth management.”
